"I want to express here my deep gratitude for the affection, availability and professionalism that everyone at Fonte Serrã, management, health professionals, owners and other employees, always showed towards my mother, during the approximately 6 years that she was at this institution, her home. Access conditions
I would like to know access conditions, namely: price list; service offerings within the scope of active aging. Person not bedridden, autonomous in daily life actions (dressing; undressing; eating; moving); He likes reading, music, socializing. He has always been a healthy person (no diabetes, no problems related to cholesterol or hypertension). The growing development of the Portuguese population, coupled with the transformations that our society is undergoing, provokes a need for infrastructures where the elderly can live with the highest quality of life. In this sense, Fonte Serrã implemented a Quality Management System, in accordance with the following principles:
